Hi I know this has been asked before
But which spread betting company do most use?

Ive read frequently to avoid World Spreads so Im looking at IGIndex and Delta

    Any recommendations?

    Do most offer trailing stops?

And can any of them be accessed easily from a smartphone as with my job sometimes I cant get to a computer for a day

Be very careful with spread bets. I joined worldspreads a few months back and it has been one of the worst and most stressful things I've ever done.
Can't speak for delta, paddy power etc as I have no experience with them.

well igmarkets are good for CFDs
very low rates, but I once saw a slippage factor of 60% (!!!) on a trade

I have found etradespreadbetting to be pretty good. They have a simulator account which could be useful if you are new to spread betting and "leverage!!". I think Deltaindex give a one hour personal tuition, so might be a good way to get started.

Etrade or Delta don't have trailing stops, think IGIndex are the only ones currently doing this? IG also have an auto roll feature.

You can have euro account in all of above.
