PIR Switch for CFL lights

I have 4 pairs of 12w cfls lighting my hall way. There is no natural light entering it so we tend to have the lights on whenever we're home. There are currently two switches, one at either end of the hall. I want to add a PIR light switch to the circuit between the existing switches and the first junction box so I found this at Maplin. Unfortunately the box says not suitable for energy saving lights, does anyone know why? Are there any PIR switches that can be used with CFL's?

Typically, CFL bulbs are very sensitive to startup cycle counts and will have a much reduced lifetime if they're turned on and off regularly. The startup time for full light is also a factor although this is far less of an issue with good modern CFLs.
