quick question lads/lassies, is the sean kelly team competing in 'le tour de france', can see no mention of them on the web site, nor have i noticed any of the jerseys on the coverage, thought they might have been considering some of the recent adverts for the team on TV, or was that more to promote an post

Hi, there are several divisions in cycling. You have protour teams, pro continental is the next level down and theres another after that I think. Anyway theres less than 20 pro teams but there are hundreds of the others...

The Kelly team are a lower level pro team. More of a development team really to give young and mostly irish athletes a chance to improve and get into some top class races. They would not be anywhere near the level required for the tour.
