frequency for sky chanels

    Hi ,I had a problem with my sky box+ the other day and i had to reset my box to factory mode.
    So i lost some of the channels that were on other channels.
    ITV 1 etc.
    This is not an illegal channel hunt or anything like that .
    When i got the sky in these channels were there from the start,just when i reset the box i lost them .
    Just wondering if anyone has the frequency or where can i get them thanks.
