Ireland computer faire?

I've long wanted to go to an Ireland computer faire. That is, a meeting where people sell their unwanted bits, find misceleanous rare items, even government cast offs, maybe tutorials for people learning linux or what not. Hey, even LAN Parties? basically, everything you'd expect from the name.

I've never come across any - the closest thing was a car boot sale, which... is waaaay off the mark!

does one exist, and if not, anyone want to organise one?

I think there was an attempt to set one up a few years ago. Have a search back through this forum. I'd certainly be interested in attending something like that. They used to have them every other week in the sports centre down the road from me when I was in the US. Quality.
