Hello, I am new to this forum and wondering if anyone here would know where the best place online or anywhere in the Dublin area someone would be able to buy parts of a PC.
I am looking for a Philips DVD8631 or PC2-3200(200MHz) memory. I realize these are pretty old but i not sure what if anything else is compatible with my PC. I have a Dell dimension84 if thats any help.
    Any advise would be appreciated.

I'm assuming you have a Dell Dimension 8400 which takes PC2-3200 ( or DDR2-400 ). Here are the possibilities for your PC. This crowd are Irish (in Celbridge) so you can collect of them ( ring first ). They stock your RAM just make sure its DDR2-400.

You can get any make of DVD drive so dont worry about a direct replacement.

if you need ram, I'd suggest Crucial dot com, they should have the old stuff and ship very quickly, reasonable prices too

DVD drives are dirt cheap and you can't really go wrong, buy OEM to save even more money. Komplett have an OEM LG DVD drive for €19.

You can pick up a retail one any computer store for €30 - €40.

Edit: Just make sure it's IDE aka P-ATA and not SATA.
