Hello I would like to take up one or both of these forms of martial arts so I was wondering where in Cork are there classes for them?

My fitness levels are not great but I'm currently trying to get in shape. Has anyone any clubs they could recommend? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Siam Warriors Martin Horgan & Co. , Cork Thai Anthony & Dave, Sitjaipetch Craig O Flynn.

    Enjoy.

Recently attended a Muay Thai class in Midleton and it was really good too but out of the city a bit.
