    Ok, maybe it was just me, but while reading Definately Dead, (book 6 of Southern Vampire series),
    Sookie refers to the queen showing up in Bon Temps to tell her about her cousins death. Now, having just read all 5 previous novels in the past 2 weeks, I have absoloutly no clue how i missed that meeting... references to the queens lawyer, and a scene when some vamp called Waldo (did he have a bobble hat and round glasses?) confesses stuff to Sook, among other events....
    Have I somehow missed an entire novel?
    Was it a short story?

    It's driving me nuts!
