    Hey all,

so its time to put another pair of runners to the graveyard. I have always worn Asics kayano's and they have served me well but i was just wondering what other runners would ye rate. I know some might say if the Asics work why not stick with them but i'm open to change

like you said yourself - if you find the asics comfy - no point in changing. If you do a lot of mileage prob no point in risking a change as you often hear of people suffering from dodgy knees, legs, ankles etc. from wearing incorrect footwear. So - if you don't/haven't suffered any of these, first I would say that I'm jealous and then I would say stick to what you know. :D

as roadrunner pointed out, if arnotts sale is still on, take advantage of it if you can find your size. kayanos, 2130s etc, all pretty good.

If on the other hand you are feeling like a risk, have a look at the online nike store. Also, although based in USA, Zappos give a good review and details of pretty much every running shoe out there.
