    It's signed.

I'm going with Mosley by superior boxing ability and Mayorga gassing after 6 rounds while smoking a cigar.

Mosley will win by TKO because plain and simple he is a class above Mayorga.

I'd like to think Mosley will give him a hiding, but I'm not so sure it's going to work out that way. I agree that in terms of class Mosley is the far superior boxer, but they're both getting on a bit. I watched Mayorga Vs DLH, and it was great seeing him knocked about like that after all the trash talking, but I also watched him against Vargas, and he really put a beating on Vargas. He pressured him and didn't let him work at all. Now I know that this was Vargas' last fight, and he was bigger than he'd ever fought at and didn't really look like he had the appetite for a fight, but I think it showed that Mayorga isn't finished and is capable of being a very aggresive fighter when he wants to be.

    You really are a joker....

Oscar schooled Mayorga due to the gulf in class and many people say Shane has more left in the tank than Oscar.

Mayorga victory over Vargas is absolutely meaningless. Vargas was in terrible shape and only his heart and determination got him through that fight.

We'll wait and see then jackass, I don't think it's going to be as cut and dried as you say.

I don't think its that cut and dried either. For sure he got a lesson from De La Hoya but he pumped the Golden Boy with all his trash talk and I think that we seen Oscar in the best shape he has been in since very early in his career.
I think Mayorga is a good fighter and Mosley can be be very lazy at times so it could be interesting. I would fancy Sugar Shane though, if he brings his 'a' game I can only see one winner.

Put it this way Shane gave the best welterweight by far [Cotto] a run for his money, this would lead me to believe that Sugar Shane still has the hunger and desire to fight on.

Dela is my all time favorite and we know what happened when he fought Mosley

    Official prediction Shane TKO.

I'm not going to wager on a fight that's all the way in October. We'll see closer the time how it's shaping up.

I agree with most of what you're saying you know, Mosley is a Hall of Fame fighter, and I love watching him - he's pure class.

But at this stage in Mosley's career, I think Mayorga is still a dangerous opponent.

Mosley by stoppage, too much speed, too much boxing ability, too much class .
