Can't go wrong with the Flying pig

The Flying Pig is legendary alright, but I'd say you might have a hard time getting accommodation over the weekend of the Amsterdam Cup.

I say this as I was at the same tournament a few years ago, Flying Pig was totally booked out. Ended up staying in the Globe. Right in the center, beside the Red Light. Run by a Scottish lad, and they're big into the football too, but no smoking allowed unlike the Flying Pig.

I stayed here: http://www.hotelagora.nl/ with two friends last year and had no complaints. Clean, central location, decent breakfast, lovely garden in the back for drinks...

I have no clue when Arsenal is in Amsterdam, but we booked a triple there for the August bank holiday weekend last year with minimal advance planning.

    Worth a look...good luck :)
