Live CD with remote desktop

Hi. I'm looking for a live CD that has good quality remote desktop software. I have tried using Puppy Linux but the quality of picture when using remote desktop software is poor. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

both ubuntu and fedora have this on the live cd

If bandwidth is an issue on either side, consider using TightVNC.
