Roxio Interfering Every Time I Start Vista

    Hi all,

Roxio is the burner that came bundled with my Dell M1330 laptop though I hardly use it. I changed my startup programmes so that it doesn't load at startup but now I get two warning messages about it of which I have attached screenshots.
As Vista is loading things after I enter my password two boxes come up one after the other, both from Windows itself but detailing Roxio and a problem with it. I just press ok on both and everything is fine but I have a feeling it's slowing up my startup times and its just becoming a general annoyance.

Anyway screenshots are below and any help would be great - uninstalling Roxio would be the obvious thing I suppose but I thought it better to ask here!
