    Is it legal to skirmish in public woodlands? If so does anyone do this? I'd imagine that there'd be a few nice spots for skirmishing up in the Dublin Mountains, or does it have to be done on private property?

    NO NO and NO. The ERU will be called and you may be shot! Do not do this or play anywhere where the public could see you even if you own the land.

    Public liability etc. and the possibility of the guards being called makes it a no go.

    This is covered in the charter;
    *There will be no discussion of skirmishing on land other than approved airsoft/paintball sites. It is extremely stupid and dangerous. People who do this put our whole sport at risk.
