I've alot of friends but no real best friends.
Most are girls and I'm a guy.
I always see groups around town and see how the interact and wish I'd friends like that and not like the ones I have.
Is this normal or am I just a selfish person/grass greener on other side scenario case?

No, it's not selfish. You considered maybe joining a class or acitivity that you're interested in? Might lead you to meeting more like-minded people that you'll get along with.

Ok I understand a little where you are coming from....

You think maybe that you'd like a lads night out?

I think sport is a great way for guys to bond. Do you play rugby or football or anything where you could join a local group/team? Would be a great way of meeting people.

I'm with Miss Fluff, in my case, join a martial arts club, the guys there are generally very nice, they don't have too much of an ego (coz there's always someone better than them and they know it), the social aspect is usually good and you get in shape and have exercise, it's all win!
