Pan-Galactic Gargle-Blaster

Alright then. Here's a good one to really get your old 'Bambelweenie 57 Meson Brains' ticking over. Unfortunately due to a slight but largely irrelevant cock-up in our current state of quantum-reality, Arthur (at least in this dimension) didn't get a chance to fly off with Ford and have his adventure and have a life full of excitement, adventure and really wild things that we have read about. Thus he didn't get a chance to publish his thoughts on or the ingredients of the Pan-Galactic Gargle-Blaster. Also unfortunate is the fact that no other person (at least no other person whom people would believe) has made interstellar contact and therefore we have not got the means at our disposal to collect the exotic ingredients to create the perfect Pan-Galactic Gargle-Blaster, as suggested in that wholly indispensable traveling companion 'The Hitch-Hiker's Guide To The Galaxy'.

My proposal is this. Is there a budding Dentrasse out there? Are there any ideas as to how one might make the Earth-bound equivalent of that infamous drink? What's the best type of glass to use? Why you would use certain ingredients and so on.

    Suggestions?
