Hi Any experts on these things? Was watching an avi file through the tv - after a while the colour went and the display was distorted by red and green lines - never seen this before. even after stopping the movie the red and green lines stayed on the menu screen and were there after shutting down etc. THis is a brand new…

Any experts on these things?

THis is a brand new unit with a 1 TB hard drive installed - actually my second one (missus broke the first one) so I'm rather annoyed that this is not working correctly also.

Any ideas?
