HI has anybody heard of the tattoo place opposite the mater hospital,in phibsboro near where Egans are.I went in the other day and the place was lovely and clean and the staff were very helpful but i want to find out if they are any good as i want to finally get my sleeve done.So if anybody knows anything it would be a…
