wanted - reasonably priced house/apt to rent for cash (very reliable couple)

    We are very reliable secure tenants (references/work/bank reference )

    Working
    Non smoking
    Non party – we don’t own a stereo so the neighbors wont complain about us
    Good gardeners (havnt had a garden in years and really would love one)
    Good at general repairs (You wont be called if the tap is dripping or a light switch is broken)

    ALWAYS pay rent on/before agreed due date

    Have rented the same place for 11 years and will have a glowing reference
    from out current landlord/lady.

    >>>> We are looking for:

    Pref a house / apartments considered (but we are moving because of noise pollution in out present apt block)
    Reasonable rent
    Off street parking
    Decent quality place – we work hard and need comfort

    We hope to buy out own place in the next 2 – 3 years and need to save as much as possible. In return for letting us look after your property you will get the best tenants in Ireland. I have given out landlords notice and said I expect a glowing reference as we have been the best tenants they have ever had.

    No problem paying cash.

    All areas considered but pref south side.
    We have a sofa/large fridge/bed (can use or store)

    We need a deal but it will be a two way street for you.
