Club Creation- Any opions or experiences here??

I work in the bar trade and recently paid a visit to Club Creation in Dungarvan. I was apauled by th place. Everything was terrible; the staff, the driks the service the general dirt of the place. Broken Glass everywhere, wet floors. All the fridges had no lights in them, stock not faced out.
