    What make and model pistol?

Most firearms dealers will get in a holster for you, and many carry holsters in stock.
Alternatively, many people buy them on the Internet.

What shooting discipline are you planning to use it for ?

If you give Pat Cooke a call in Hilltop (http://www.pcquad.com) he should have holsters to suit most CZ - not all holsters fit all models - as he will probably have them in the shop you can organise to go and get something to fit your firearm and you.

There are many types, Fobus, Ghost, Sickinger, CR-Speed, Gugas-Ribas to name but a few.

The main requirement is that it
    a) Completely covers the trigger
    b) Holds the firearm securely
    c) While holstered, the firearm is aiming at a point on the ground no more that a metre from your foot.

I have a Ghost Holster but it is a speed holster for IPSC and may not suit your needs. I like it because it is proud of my side which allows my fat thumb to get inside it and it also has a lock to prevent the firearm ever falling out.

You should also get a rigid belt which will hold the holster securely.

I can recommend the CR-Speed belts - these are in two parts, the inner belt goes on your trouser loops and is one side of a velcro strip - the outer belt, to which the holster is connected is the other side of the velcro strip.
When put together it is rigid but you can put on or take off your gunbelt quite easily without having to take off your trouser belt.

Pat should have those in stock aswell as many other types.

    B'Man
