Paypal and 3V statement

    eh i know this is digging up a very old thread but i am lost at trying to get my paypal account to use the 3v card,i entered in all the info and then it says it charged my card 1.50 and that i will be sent a code with my next credit card statement,how am i supposed to do that if i dont even get a statement from 3v??

    Log on to 3v.ie and check the statement there.

    yeah i did go on but its useless,doesnt tell you where the activation code is at all,i only found it by accident,it turns out its found in your transaction history,its the first 4 numbers of the six digits that are on the transaction history

    3V website wouldn't have any knowledge of the activation code as it's nothing to do with them. Paypal merely put the digits on the transaction name, which you then check on your statement.

    yeah but paypal have a link to the 3v site about how to use the 3v on paypal specifically and it doesnt say anything about the activation code,it only goes as far as saying enter in your adress and then your complete,if you leave it at that then you wont ever be able to use the card on paypal,anyway it doesnt matter anymore,i figured it out myself
