guys the mother in law got her drive cobble locked back in November. a few days ago she noticed grass/weeds popping up. guys

the mother in law got her drive cobble locked back in November. a few days ago she noticed grass/weeds popping up. I've also noticed a depression in the slabs were the right hand side wheels of the car are usually resting.

She has tried to call the numbers on the invoice and she gets a prerecorded (i assume from eircom) message saying the number is not in service.

I suggested she write a registered letter to the address on the receipt and if she gets no response take it to the small claims, any other ideas?

Have you googled the company name, and also do a directory enquiry with eircom in case theyve changed the prefix of the companies area? (Some companies are slack on updating stationery.)
