Hey all, sorry for what I'm sure is a FAQ but here goes,
I bought a camera about 9 months ago. It's recently started acting up. basically now it won't take pictures at all - keeps freezing.
So I bought it from a fairly respectable branch, I still have the reciept, but since it was so long ago are they entitled to fix / replace / refund me?
The camera is in perfect nick, I wouldn't mind if it was fixed, or replaced with the same model - I'd take the refund either...

    Thanks for the replys.

You are entitled to a remedy because it is within twelve months, at 9 months I wouldn't be suprised if they repair it for you, however the repair should be permanent!

Good work on keeping the reciept 9 months, millions wouldnt!

Stuck it in the box, and kept the box for the CD's & accessories ;)
    Cheers DooM!
