    I'm just wondering how Parents feel about primary teachers advertising for grinds/tuition and what the going rate is,I heard 40e. Im fully qualified and was also wondering if thered be a demand during the Summer months?? Thanks

    I personally feell its a good indication of how this country has gone down the crapper myself, but what the hell.

    Lots of people take them, as there is now a compitition to get children into "good" secondary schools, and if that's what they want, and you want to provide the service, off you go no one can stop you.

    I'd imagine there'll be Montessori grinds soon.

    In my opinion children need the summer to relax. The pressure of school and homework should be taken off their shoulders. Children should only have to reach their full potential but I feel having them go to grinds is putting extra pressure on their shoulders.

    Just my opinion though.
