It's happening to me for last couple of weeks.

I am on o2 bill pay. From last couple of weeks some of my friends are complaining that when they call its going straight to my voicemail even though the phone is on all the time.

I do get txt for new voicemail when they leave message.

It happened to me today as well. I was in range all the time, phone was on and there was signal, still???

I am not sure if its a problem with my phone or the network or something else.

Now I am a bit worried that I may miss an important call.

Any insight into this will be much appreciated.

Sounds like a problem with the network, ring o2 and ask them about it

Does it happen for all calls? If haven't got diverts set up on the phone? Try using another phone/landline and see how many times to goes to voicemail

same happened me tonight, my mate said he tried ringing twice and both times went straight to voicemail. i thought the phone might have knocked itself off (which it does on occasion) but when i checked it was on, full signal (im o2 pre-pay)

@davton - it doesnt happens to all call and I dont have any diverts setup on my phone. I tried ringing from my office phone and it worked. Still my friends are complaining and I know they are right as I get their voicemails.

@Nismo & tdc - so it seems like its not only me. That may rule out problem with the phone. Seems like its an o2 network issue. This is really weird. I going to give a call to the customer care tomorrow and see how it goes. I will post if I find anything worthwhile.

    Thanks for the replies.
