Student Accomadation - Where to avoid?

    Ok So I've got the off campus list for accomadation in maynooth of the university, its my girlfriend thats moving up so I was wondering where is the best place to stay and more importantly the places to avoid as I have heard some bad stories about some of the estates in maynooth.

    The list includes accomadation in:

    Beaufield
    BrookField
    Castledawson
    Cluain Aoibhin
    College Green
    Greenfield Drive
    Kingsbury
    Maynooth Park
    Meadowbrook
    Moyglare
    Newtown Hall
    Parklands
    Rockfield
    Silken Vale
    Straffan Wood
    and in the Town

    Any of these places particulary bad and worth avoiding?
