Is 400e + vat the norm for 'advertising fees'?

Most agents seem to be quoting this for the For Sale sign, myhome website, their website and some (but not all) also go with daft and may have their own magazine.

    Then its 1 - 1.25% selling fee.

Also any one know if estate agents are willing to joint sell i.e allow other estate agents or sellers to sell/put up boards as well?

    Thanks in advance

Yep, it's the pretty standard advertising fee iirc.

    Not sure about joint selling.
