help with room humidity?

    hi all

    sorry..wasnt sure where to post this...i've just moved into a new flat but the bedroom is really humid....like in the night it gets really warm and uncomfortable...and my clothes seem slightly damp also??!!
    there is only a small window in the room(basement flat)....
    there isnt any damp on the walls or anything....
    but really really need help as im finding it hard to get to sleep at night and i know it couldnt be good to sleep in such a humid room....

    would a dehumidifier help??where would i get one??small and cheap(im a student!!)

    I worked in a flat lately and there was extreme dampness ,you need air getting into the room. Circulation is the most important ,maybe leave your window and door often as often as possible. Definetly leave your window open when possible and try and locate a vent somewhere ,it's unhealthy to be living in a heavily humid room.
