Any PS3 GAME 34 Euro

Hi all,
Smyths are doing a trade in 2 PS3 games and get a new one free.
So I popped into HMV and bought Blacksite and Stranglehold for 16.99 each.
Brought them back and got Battlefield Bad Company Gold Edition ...
Repeated the same steps with a different member of staff and picked up Top Spin 3...
FEAR and Enchanted Arms (I think that's what it's called) are only 16.99 too so I'm picking up Metal Gear after work

So basically any new PS3 Game for 34 euro whohooooo hehehe

how old are those games you traded in?

does it work with ANY game or is it dependant on the value of the trade in like the way gamestop have gone?

Will they even take Resistance and Motorstorm?

I've had them since launch, never bothered trading them in because they were worth about a fiver each since there's so many copies floating around.

GAME have a preowned buy one get one half price offer on at the mo.. can pick up 2 PS3 games for a total of €30 then off to Smyths for Battlefield BC

I asked about Resistance in Game a week or so ago and I think they were offering €6 or something for it, similarly with Oblivion.

So can I trade these in, (worth about €14 - 16 in trade in value) and get any new release game...

I'd be amazed if there wasn't a minimum trade-in value attached to the offer already, they're not a charity shop after all...

Probably, €17 per game as indicated in the OP.

Well there is a minimum as they won't accept Motorstorm or Ridgeracer etc...(the launch games)
But the 4 games mentioned in the thread
FEAR
Enchanted Arms
Stranglehold
and Blacksite


I actually traded Fifa 08 too as that's coming up to it's sell by date very soon.

I noticed that gamestops offer has now changed to 9.99e PLUS two games

would they take the Rainbow Six Vegas games? I have 1 and 2. complete 1 a long time ago and 2 is shocking so wanna get rid of both of them and possibly get battlefield

i tried the 2 for 1 offer in gamestop about 4 months ago and they wouldn't take drakes fortune -- go to smyths (for the moment anyway)
