K so i might be returning to Galway in September but that all depends on if i can get my GF down too. She's looking to do a course in either music or art/textile design. ya know that kinda stuff. Where would be the best place to look for them?

There are some art courses in the VEC/VTOS place in the Liosbán industrial estate.

Could be some night courses in GMIT as well. Did a quick look and see there's a textiles-related course at least.
