Sony and Sky's video download service is to launch tomorrow for the PSP. Movies, TV shows and sport videos are due to be on it. I think there was some talk on it been free if you are a Sky Subscriber.

Can you enter that website? I have been trying ages to enter it but it wont go into it. What browser are you using? I was looking on the PSP Bebo page and they said it wont be launching until the end of July.

All it is is a little email registration thingy and a cute lil PSP/TV. I'm using Firefox - the site is pretty Flash heavy so that could be your problem. I'm looking forward to the end of July so - I figure that the first download will be free like when the PSN Store for PSP opened and I got WipeOut for free, so it's probably worth registering your email address.
