Candidates must committed, talented, and into what we're doing. No time wasters or drug abusers please.

Think along the lines of:
the fall of troy, melvins, biffy clyro, tool, fugazi, quicksand, glassjaw, deftones, at the drive in, kyuss, qotsa, mcklusky, fotl, rival schools, mogwai, slint, nirvana, battles, foals, adebisi shank, reuben, million dead.
