    How dya know if ya passed by compensation? Its probably a stupid question but I heard something about getting a letter if you pass by compensation and if not your grades are just your grades... I think I might have passed one exam by compensation but im not sure... could someone just explain this thing to me once and for all??! Are the marks on my exam report the marks I got in my exam or if I passed by compensation have the marks been changed already?

    :confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:

    It will say,

    Subject Award: Pass by compensation.

    I think you're confusing passing a subject by compensation and passing a module by compensation. Look at your statement of results and what does it say under Qualification Award? If it says something other than fail then you can go on to next year. If you passed by compensation you would have gotten a letter staple to your results saying you cannot continue with the one subject you passed by compensation next year but can take the other subjects instead.
