You have Karate and Judo in the sports hall of WIT and as far as I know they train tues and thurs but I don't think they continue training during the summer.

Pat Rocket also has a karate club in town near the rear entrance of the city square shopping centre. I think he trains tue thurs and fri. There's also a MMA style gym on kilcohan rd just a bit past the dog track and down to the right.

Just in case you can consider tramore there's a Bjj club (brazilian ju jitsu) and I'm sure they train saturday mornings. Also in tramore there's John McGrath's place and I think he mixes karate and kick boxing classes.

I hope some of that is helpful. Don't live in waterford anymore (still visit some times) so just double check the training times.

I don't know anything about the murray jujitsu (Did some lad just put his name in front of jitsu???) and ninjitsu clubs. I'd say go to a class and check em out. Many clubs give the first class free and Martial arts have a high drop out rate so there'll be no offence if you don't go back.

Murray's Jujitsu: Instructor uses his family name. Whole family are instructors and have a few clubs. Style is traditional jujitsu, but as they have all studied other martial arts, such as Karate, Wing Chung, Judo and Tai Chi for many years, their style is fairly unique as elements of these other martial arts influence their teaching. Very open minded Instructors who appreciate all martial arts, although Jujitsu is the preference.
