Looking but not finding anything what I want at the price I want.

    yeah of course they do.

I can't give you a percentage off the top of my head

edit: well I can, but do you want a percentage off the top of my head?

Are those herald ads online as well?

    Any other places to look?

Depends on the area, a lot of rural areas will advertise with local sources.

    Im looking in Dublin/wicklow region.

I bet there is a builder somewhere that would like some $ off a steady tenant.

I would directly visit the local EA's in area - there is no guarantee all of their rental properties even make it to their own website, let alone daft ........often clients will already be on their books looking for '2 bed...blah blah blah...' so no need to bother posting online

I would get down there, sign up with them and contact regularly....no guarantee they will remember to contact you though.....you just have to be pro-active and persistant
