Acer 4620Z

A local computer shop sells only Acer laptops and have a reliable back-up service. I priced an Acer Extensa 4620Z in there, with 2Gb of ram, 80mb of storage (this doesn't bother me, I don't download music and tend not to stockpile ripped CD's on my PC) and the duo core processor, for e599.

However, Dell, although slightly cheaper, don't offer the free one year warranty.

Would I be correct to purchase this Acer laptop with seemingly good support and warranty, or should I look to Dell or another Laptop stockist (baring in mind that there is also the option of Harvey Norman) for better value and sufficient support?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I hope I'm not being too vague. I'll need the laptop for college in September, I'll be doing accounting, hopefully. I live in Kerry.
