    NEW APPROACH'S bid for a Derby double at the Curragh on Sunday was in question on Friday night after the colt's trainer Jim Bolger revealed that the son of Galileo was "not 100 per cent comfortable" in hisbox.

    The winner of the Derby at Epsom is the odds-on favourite for the Dubai Duty Free-sponsored Irish Derby.

    Bolger said: "I'm not sure about the extent of the problem, but we think it is a foot bruise.

    "We will have to wait and see. We will know more about the situation tomorrow, probably tomorrow evening."
