    I needs help bad.....

Have an eircom business 3meg broadband connection.

Eircom supplied a Netopia 2247NWG router for us.

Our office has 2 separate accounts with blueface - 2 accounts, 2 geographical numbers...
We purchased from blueface, a Linksys wireless G router with 2 phone ports - model: WRP400

We have 2 standard phone handsets in the office.

Problem is that one line (blueface account) will not register while the other is active on the router.
I have had a computer technician in who was working closely with blueface techies. The only conclusion blueface can come to is that the eircom netopia router is not allowing 2 lines to come work.

Eircom know nothing about this matter.

Help, as i need these 2 geo number up and running asap.
Willing to pay some one to come to office in oranmore galway to get it sorted!

Try checking the ports that the Linksys is using for VoIP, and forward the ports on the netopia to the Linksys

The netopia routers should handle 2 different SIP connections at the same time, without forwarding but if its not then port forwarding should help

Just add the Linksys routers ip to the DMZ of the Netopia router.

    Hi Dabko,

If your really stuck - enable remote administration,

    http://www.netopia.com/support/hardware/technotes/CIR_014.html

And PM me your IP address and login details - I should be able to get it going for you.

    Cheers, Joe
