    Ok guys, something has been bothering me...

    This is a question for hardcore Star Wars fans, as it is an issue with what appears to be time-line conflict between the books and Clone Wars animated series...

    OK; In the Clone Wars animated series, Asajj Ventress meets Dooku, goes to face Anakin, is beaten, and supposedly disappears. That's how it goes.

    However, despite the fact that she seems to have a very short lifespan as a Sith apprentice under Dooku, she plays a huge part in the book the Cestus Deception as an agent of Dooku.

    So am I to believe either one of the following;

    a. The long saga of the Cestus Decepetion is squeezed into the period between Asajj meeting Dooku - Asajj being beaten by Anakin.

    b. She wasn't killed by Anakin in the Clone Wars series and returns, though I believe the official take is that she suffers a serious injury and vanishes.

    Can anyone shed some light on the information?? Please bare in mind I still have few chapters to go in Cestus Deception so keep an eye for spoilers...

    Hey it all makes sense now…the defeat to Anakin that sent her into hiding wasn’t the battle on Yavin IV seen in the animated series, it came later on Coruscant toward the end of the Clone Wars…she went into hiding after that...

    Right, so that means she went into hiding before or after the Death of Dooku??

    Get the CloneWars graphic novels, fills in alot, Ani never really killed her, he thought he did but she somehow survived, same with Durge.
