its actually a year since i've been shooting on the streets of dublin , and a bit of Limerick , and after seeing the gang/couple from a year ago yesterday, i've put together a set of some of my favs from the year ,

its been put together pretty quickly, some pics missing , probably best viewed in completion as a slide show , with a bit of Jeff Buckley

yes , its pretty bleak and sad , but there is humour and fun here too ,and the human spirit is in the people . i'll be away for awhile , but back for the TG4 exhibition on July 10 , i think , i'll let you know

    B.

Very nice Barry, its really nice when you view as a slideshow when a colour shot comes around every now and again to break up the black and white. The slideshow should have that Godley and Creme song "Cry" in the background. Well done Barry

Nice slideshow Baz. I watched it as recommended listening to Hallelujah, makes for compelling viewing. I like the way you've bookended it with the same couple. At the start they seem happy and full of hope, but by the end they look broken and lost...

The slideshow is definitely the way to view them. In isolation each picture is a little bit out of context (although still great individual shot) but when you view them together they really gel and work so well.
