My laptop keeps freezing. I managed to get all the data off the hard drive and tryed rebooting the system but it still freezes. Its just sitting there doing nothing which is annoying me. If they told me x is the problem and its gonna be x to fix it then I could say yes or no but if they just fix it and say thats twice the price of the laptop I be screwed.

first put up the spec of your system here. how much hdd space do you have left and have you run a virus and spyware scan?
