Best host for a vBulletin forum?

Hi i'm setting up a forum soon but just wondering who has the best package to host a vBulletin forum? It has to be .ie . I do see Digiweb host this vBulletin forum but i'm just wondering if anyone can recomend a good package? Any help is much appreciated. Mark
