dsn.exe - help please.

    Hi all - the bosses home pc has been infected by dsn.exe (spyware). It's basically hanging the machine. Now I haven't see it yet but he is telling me that from the sec you log on it's hanging.

    Has anyone been importunities to pick this one up? If so, is there a way to stop the process so you can download something to get rid of it?
