Me and about 10 of my friends are planning on going to Kilkenny to celebrate one of my friends b'days and we're looking for a hostel to stay in, or even a few that we can split up into..

If you don't mind getting a taxi the 8 miles into Kilkenny then this place could be ideal. its a castle which has been converted into a hostel and it gets good reviews.

I stayed in the Kilkenny Tourist Hostel a while ago, great location, nice people, safe etc

there is only one hostel in the centre of Kilkenny, it is in a great location for pubs, restaurants etc.
