Hi All, Need some advice on how to get boss to pass more work to me. Basically, she is doing the year end accounts to completion and I want to gain more experience in this task. However, this work will pass as it removes a significant amount of her work and was hoping for advice on the best way to persuade them to change…

Hi All,
