    Hi,

I have read so many bad stories about 3 BB (mainly the megathread on this forum), that I am considering not even trying out the free 14 day trial.

Is it really that bad? Are there any users who are actually happy with the service?

It is cheaper than O2 or Vodafone, so I am thinking of giving it a go.

There isn't really any harm in trying the 14 day trial, but if you can get Vodafone or O2 they are much better. Remember though that all three of them are designed for mobility so unless you need for mobility or can not get anything else you would be much better off with DSL fixed wireless or cable.

There is a good reason for it being cheaper.

Only low quaility Third World standard regulation by the Consumer Agency and Comreg (both) in a Third World country would allow 3 to call its rubbish broadband and that before you mention their simply abysmal 'customer care' standards .

Mysteriously it works quite well in First World countries with First World Regulators ...like the UK for example .

    Avoid like the plague.

you should try it out! that's what the trial is for! just be aware that some people have reported a deteriation in speeds once the 2 week trial period had ended
