    Hi all,

I am been working on my site www.peterneill.eu

Its far far from finished, but I'd love it if people could tell me if they experience any big problems with their browsers, like galleries not working etc.

I am aware of these current issues:

The server its hosted on is too slow ( I am going to move server)
Many of the graphics need to be optimised to improve speed.

I'm just looking for browser incompatibilities at the moment.

    Thanks in advance,

    Pete

Just had a quick look and it seems perfectly fine. It seems to work ok on Firefox 3, no problems. Not too sure what the little "made on a mac" sprite's about though I know you didnt ask for design critique! So, so far so good. All the best with it.

Edit: And there seemed to be no problem at all with the speed of it loading.

For me, it's dog slow to load. Some images timed out loading.

I think your "Samples" should maybe be broken in to catagories - wedding, etc.

Lovely photos, and nice neat site. Looks good.

    Is that an iWeb site?

Seems to work fine here on a MacBook (10.5.3 and Safari 3.1.1)

It is indeed and on that note as much as I like the templates in iweb (see barrysomers.com :) ) remove the made with a mac icon at the end of the pages.

iWeb is fine but the html formatting it spews out is extremely painful to the eyes, yeah I know I used it to make my site but I was too lazy to use Dreamweaver :pac:

The site is slow to load but some of that I've found is to do with iwebs formatting, also looking at the contact page your using a gmail.com address, why not use your domain as your e-mail and you can then set it up to forward to gmail which will take about 5 seconds...looks better imho

    Thanks all!

Yes its an iweb site, in the sense that I did the original layout with iweb, manually developed it in a text editor since though,

    cheers
