    Hi all,

I received a set of clip on tri-bars as a gift today and have them fitted to my trek 1500 road bike. Its a big reach to them in the current set-up. Any advice on adjusting the bike for a little more comfort. I've always found the bike a little long even before i fit the tri-bars.

Thanks for the help in advance!

Get a shorter stem maybe? or move your saddle forward.

Either post a picture or get professsionally fitted.

If it never fitted as a road bike its unlikely to fit as a tri bike.
