Card declined on play.com - e-mail contact?

Pre-ordered something on play a while ago, lost my wallet last week and cancelled my card, it's come into stock now but of course the card was declined.

I've a contact number in the UK to rang, but I'd rather contact them by e-mail if possible rather than ring from a mobile during the day.

Would anyone have a contact address? The mail I got came from orders@play.com - is that just an automailer or would replying to it work?

Or is there anyway of changing the payment details on a submitted order?

(I can't just cancel and re-order as the price has gone up since)

Log into your account and you can edit card details. Don't know how that effects existing orders, or pending payment orders. They certainly don't make it easy to contact them.

Cheers for that, updated my card details, I'll see if they manage to process the order over the next day or so before I ring them.

(Of course, after I changed my card details, they rejected my address, even though it was unchanged from what they already had).
